Last week, our fellows got a crash course in project management, thanks to a hands-on workshop led by Olga Krakhmaleva, an EU Academy alumna with real-world experience to back it up.
Split into teams, they took on a bold challenge: how do you boost voter turnout in Skåne from 10 percent to 70? With no budget constraints and a project matrix in hand, they brainstormed creative, even radical, solutions while picking up the nuts and bolts of project planning along the way.
Olga walked them through every step: setting a clear goal, building a structure, thinking through the outcomes. Her practical insights made the process real grounded, not just theory.
We’re grateful to alumni like Olga who return to share their experience. They’re a reminder of what this community is really about—learning and supporting each other along the way.
